Red Bun on Toes

She is a dancer of life
embracing highs and lows (mountain tops and valleys)
She prefers being on her toes
and offering grace to the world
~

which brings back a memory:
when i was younger and i felt like i wasn't being heard
i would stand on things
i did not know why, it was not a conscious choice

maybe i thought if I was taller or higher I had a better chance of being heard

makes me smile now

I was hiking yesterday
hoping to find an antler
and look:
 thrilled!

    1. hi Geraldine,

no need to feel sad, they fall off every year around this time and grow a new set. just the natural way of the deer, it is called shedding.

      wishing you a lovely day!

  7. Where is the place, where my beloved is? Why has he left me sighing here? He ran away like a deer - and he left me wounded, I ran after him and could not catch him...

  8. cute drawing. that's a nice memory.

I used to stretch my legs while in bed, pointing my toes out as far as I can so that I would grow taller but sadly I'm still short.

hope you have a lovely day.
