Prachtig deze viering van de paddenstoelen!! Tammie ik houd van je werk........ je mooie foto laat zien.............. de winterse kou in Nederland is geen sneeuw.
lieve groet Christiene
Wonderful this celebration of the mushrooms !! Tammie I love your job ........ your beautiful picture shows .............. the winter cold there is no snow in the Netherlands.
How pretty! These would look nice on a tea towel. Lately, I've been seeing these strange round balls of dirt that grow and grow. I think they might be horse dung mushrooms, which would not look nice on a tea towel. Beautiful photo. I like to think that the gray clouds are moving out, not in.
It would be fun to put art on a tea towel or tile. More to learn how to do.
As for those round balls, good chance that they are: Puff Balls. They start out white or creamy and most types are edible. As they age the marshmallow looking center turns to spores and brown and if you kick them or rain splashes on them the spores take flight in smoky clouds. They are no longer edible at that point. A favorite of children to mess with.
Often we get a mix of clouds and blue sky which can make for wonderful light and dramatic scenery.
Chez moi aussi la neige a fait son apparition accompagnée du froid ! Wouahou, tu as réussi à trouver un champignon ! un résistant ! J'aime beaucoup ton festival de champignons !... qui semblent mener une belle danse !
Warm Greetings to you, I am a artist, photographer of nature and poetic writer. My arts are inspired by the land I live with. Living in a wee log cabin surrounded by woods, meadows and wildlife in the NW corner of Montana. I hope you enjoy your visit, I look forward to getting to know you.

That's one resilient mushroom. Your "territory" is so beautiful -- it looks as magical as your mushrooms do, almost like a fairy land. Maybe it is!
ReplyDeleteYes, maybe it is a fairy land, certainly full of magic in the mundane.
