Autumn Sketches


tis an autumn joy
to catch falling leaves

i hear that inversion postures
boost our immune system
good with all the colds and flues going around!

I am having so much fun creating ink pen sketches

  3. they're wonderful! sorry, I'm kind of stuck on the word 'wonderful' this week but they're quite nice to look at. now if only I have the motivation to do the same thing.

    Reversing Polarities Is Truly A System Buster... And sickness can be looked at as a lower self created system based on limited beliefs where if conditions are not met, then the system or body begins to shut down since it is running into self created barriers.

  14. Gorgeous Autumn art..fabulous..love the man with hat.I am smitten...and the lady inversion so cool..I do those kinds of poses and touch energy points..totally flushes the meridians and gets cold out of the system! Such beauties you have shared!! Full of poetry!!
