Inner Realm

 she discovered

with her mind silent

body still

heart open

her inner universe

opens to her

~

I used Arches 140 HP paper

It was nice to paint on,

but the paper buckled. I will need to flatten it, which is fine.

I do prefer paper that does not buckle.

  1. beautifully painted and represented your inner universe, I say soul center!
I feel like I'm standing in front of it and waving to you when you disappear there until you come back again.
It is an amazing feeling of the strength of love, faith, peace ...thanks for showing me it touches me a lot!

  2. Yes, Elke from the Northern Sea in Germany is a wonderful artist feeling and recognizing important mysteries!
This drawing touches me, too, because these days I experienced again the energy of going inside and from there healing wounds in the world. I will post my prayer-story soon. Many nightgreetings to your forest from my forest!

    1. Thank you Anno. Working with color is such a fun part of this. I loved working with colors when I had my beaded jewelry business too.
I suppose it is a wonderful part of life, even cooking, getting dressed and so on.
Thank you for taking this piece to heart.

  4. These stone-arches are so strong and heavy, but her prayer is going easyly through doors and fences and stones.

  6. This is beautifully symmetrical, in every way.
The stone arch is solid but the rest is ethereal.

    1. As I read your message, it comes to me that my spiritual feelings are portrayed in this. I feel that we must be solidly planted within our bodies, in our world, with our hearts and energies mingling with the etheric, the heavens.
      Thank you for your thoughts.

  14. I couldn't tell where the paint buckle from the image. This looks peaceful although I find the burst of yellow in the middle gives the piece a energy or something. I don't know what I'm talking about but it looks good.

    Have a lovely day.
