That is so cool...and yes, similar to what I posted today. A friend of mine said "Who am I? The curls are in the shape of question marks. Half a face is indicative of fear, shyness. The only thing fully shown are the lips. Maybe she wants to kiss. But she's afraid her lover won't kiss her back" which I thought was kind insightful. To me...yours says "carefree"...the girl doing flips/cartwheels.

Lovely work... how fun it is to just draw without knowing where it will head!

This is a great use of a splash of watercolour your long legged lady draws your eyes right across the page. It is always interesting letting watercolour do it's own thing letting colours merge and arriving upon happy mistakes.

I hope you know, you thrill me. I love the way you seem to play with your inks and watercolors, the freedom of your brushstrokes, the whimsical wee fairies, and the way you capture the beauty of a face and nature within your pages. You are always trying something new, and I soooo admire and love that about you! I love these recent pieces. I feel like doing a cartwheel like this lovely lady. :)
