Home Sweet Home
Today's a perfect day for dreaming of flowers here in Illinois. The sun is up, we are finally above freezing, and one can actually take a walk without risking hypothermia. You gave a beautiful interpretation of this feeling. Spring is not here yet, but your painting make it seem closer. :)

ReplyDeleteWe've had sun for the past two days in Ontario and it's actually going to be above 0 for at least a moment here today :)
It sure has been a long, hard winter, and I am glad for the sun we're enjoying today, as well as for the first day of temperatures above freezing since before Christmas. No sign of crocus here yet, but we can at least begin to hope. And dream.

ReplyDeleteAnd the snow continues in my little world too. Yet it looks like we're getting a break from it, complete with thawing temps.
ReplyDeleteSnow or no snow, I too, am dreaming of spring. I'm teaching a gardening "class" tonight and even have some seedlings started. In my heart, the season of winter's rest is ending and spring is ~ indeed ~ making her entrance. :)
