Tammie Lee, I absolutely love this painting. The colors are just beautiful, and the owl is so sweet flying along with the fairy. Thank you so much for visiting and leaving a kind note about Jane. I really appreciate it. Going to see you previous post to see what I had missed. blessings, Penny
o wie schön ist dein gemaltes Bild...ich bin so begeistert, es berührt mich förmlich in tiefen meines Herzens! Wie sie die Worte es schweben lässt die zwei Wesen der Lüfte! herzlichen Gruss Elke
The god of birds… that made me smile. I really don’t know. Thank you for noticing the strange sun. I saw a lesson from Stephanie Law recently on how she paints pearls. I used a bit of her technique on this. I have played with it in small details on other paintings also lately. Just having fun with color is what it is.
Thank you so much Dori. It would be fun to see an owl. We do have owls in our area. I did get to see some birds bathing in my creek the other day, that was a treat, red and gold against the snowy bank.
That's a cool painting! I can imagine the mission they are on. Onward! Adventure awaits! I love the shape of your owl. Hope you're having a wonderful weekend. xo

DeleteOh Tammie, if only we could hop on the back of a big, beautiful bird and fly!
ReplyDeleteI also think that would be fun and wished for it so much as a child.
DeleteIs this the god of birds? I am fascinated by the strange sun too. I think it is another world. It's magnificent.
