she closed her eyes
breathed slow and steady
igniting her heart
following her breath
to the center of her being
tuning into the infinate
she found her calm
calm
that lives within
something about aquas and pale greens
light dancing on water
that brings me to an inner calm
~

ReplyDeleteOh yes! That yoga girl positively radiates calm. I wish I looked like that in meditation! You're absolutely right. Blues and aquas do that for me too. I have a photo of a clear water stream and the colourful pebbles of the stream bed as a screen saver on one of the computers. It's a pleasure to turn the computer on and see it. Always puts me in a good mood. :D
