Under the big round moon, cuddled up to the tree, she
opened her energy to meld with forest and light. A peaceful and rooted
stance, healing and vital.
Forest-bathing here in Germany is called "Waldbaden". Just yesterday I heard im my radio programm one hour "music of the forest" from many countries. They said, that one hour forest-bathing is very healthy against cancer, because it makes the activity of the cells strong, abour 40% more than without a forest-bathing-hour.
I really love this strong and happy colours. Her winter dress is really lovely and all the details!
That is wonderful to hear, about the cancer. I feel the healing power, for sure! And then holding my hand out with seed for the tiny birds, that seems to add to it. No wonder I am doing well ;-)
I am happy with her red dress too. I nearly did a more muted color, but this really makes her stand out.
Forest bathing is a "thing". It is known to be beneficial to us. Goes along with the name of my photography business: Spirithelpers. Nature has the ability to uplift the human spirit. Thank you.
Warm Greetings to you, I am a artist, photographer of nature and poetic writer. My arts are inspired by the land I live with. Living in a wee log cabin surrounded by woods, meadows and wildlife in the NW corner of Montana. I hope you enjoy your visit, I look forward to getting to know you.
