A life like the Saint Wolfgang, who as living 1000years ago in the border-forests of Bavaria with the animals in the loneliness. A life like Tammie, in her forest house together with circles of mushrooms under a great heaven in strong mountains. A life everyone desires in deep heart.
What a romantic little hut with the tree through the roof!
I love that you saw a tree through the roof. Made me giggle and love your vision. For me it was smoke from a chimney, since it is cold here, with snow already, my fire is going.
Though this is not meant to be a self portrait, I suppose it is. I just take ideas from my life and turn them into drawings. It is what I know.
For me the circle is a fairy circle of mushrooms, I had many of them grow at my place early autumn. So fun to see. Sometimes they are half circles, but often they are full circles. Yes, most of my art is inspired from life around me or my inner realm.
I like all the little details here - the cabin, the steps leading to it, the roof with the swirling from the chimmey, the little mushrooms around the trees and stars hanging on the tree - it's a lovely sight to see.
Who is this lovely lady?(!) - she is so at peace with the natural world. I'm smiling while I look - the circle of mushrooms, the candles, the small wooden house and always the strong trees - and the lady herself.
I suppose most my drawings are from the world I know. I don't mean them to be self portraits, but in a way they are. They are more characters from my natural realm and then someone I create to be in it. Thank you for enjoying the details.

DeleteI think this piece could be your story, living in nature as you do. It's beautiful. Is that a little stone circle? It's perfection.
