When this is the fruit of in the night being awake I just can say. She is a LOVE, filled with spiritual silence, she is free and blessed!
The composition of the branches, the stars=snowflakes in warm summernight, the candle being a sister of the moonlight, her pure movements, all these details tell a wonderful amazing story of secrets.
Hello and thank you for sharing your insights about this piece Dori (as well as for enjoying it). So lovely to consider the candle being sister light to the moon.
I love the different textures. The sense of serenity in the painting is so real. She is beautiful, as are the words. Your visitors are so sweet, love those spots.
Such a beautiful lady with green hair having a night walk, so peaceful. How clever to paint the bright shining moon and the trees which look after her. Your visitors are out of a magical picture book.

Such grace and magic, your world is captivating and so beautiful. Your illustrations would make a beautiful book. I can see either for children and/or adults with poetry and stories as well as tales of nature and wild life, with magic running through it.
Dear Kat, hello, so lovely to have you stop by. Thank you for your thoughts about a book. Most of my audience is adults unless they are showing it to their kids. I really do seem to lean towards spiritual art and childlike art but seems to work for both audiences. I hope you and your family are well and enjoying autumn.
