oh wow...this is magnificent! I was so hoping you would post soon..and poof..this is gorgeous and enchanting, my dragon-soul is full and shimmering! deep beauty in all that you create!! yay!!
This is so beautiful, Tammy, and a wonderfully complex composition. The dragon looks fully at peace. I love all the little mushrooms everywhere. So interesting too, to see the drawing in progress.
Hi Sheila, Thank you for enjoying this piece. These colorful pieces take a good deal of time, layer after layer of paint. I wish for more mushrooms out in the woods, it has been a sparse year for them. Maybe autumn will be abundant.
Warm Greetings to you, I am a artist, photographer of nature and poetic writer. My arts are inspired by the land I live with. Living in a wee log cabin surrounded by woods, meadows and wildlife in the NW corner of Montana. I hope you enjoy your visit, I look forward to getting to know you.

Really a miracle, the unfolded piece in colour!! What a nice dragon-deer! The mushroom gives good shelter. Quiet but awake is the best way of living!
ReplyDeleteI often enjoy seeing pieces in different stages.
DeleteI also like quiet but awake.
Beautiful! Makes me think of fairy tales.
