I love your scribble! I wish I was that flexible lol...your photo is beautifully creamy :)
ReplyDeleteI think only a few people are that flexible.
DeleteI did look at a photo of a dancer, so someone is that flexible.
Lovely piece for the theme Tammie, hoping it warms up soon!
ReplyDeleteThank you Christine.
DeleteIt is warmer now than it has been for a very long time.
she already dances the spring to show us how beautiful he is!
ReplyDeleteA very nice drawing. With you it is still very wintry
beautiful week
Elke
Thank you.
DeleteYes, snow lasts a long time here. But days are warmer.... than they are in winter. Nice.
Wowness!! What an exquisite beauty she is...this has to be a new favorite for me...incredibly gorgeous and inspiring my friend!
ReplyDeleteLovely photo, nature is so beautiful!
Blessings of Spring...wishing you much magic!
I agree, nature is so beautiful.
DeleteThank you for inspiring a smile in my heart and eyes.
We've got more of that creamy white falling here right now. As pretty as it is, I am tiring of it. Love your scene and your dancer. I think she might be trying to coax those buds on the trees to burst.
ReplyDeleteLate snow.... I think is hard on a lot of people.
DeleteWe ahveen't had snow for a couple of weeks, rain here and there and lots of melting.
Beautiful creamy pictures. Wow, that's some balancing act. I would be wobble, wobble...haha. Lovely drawings. A nice touch for the cream theme.
ReplyDeleteI drew this looking at a photo of a lady doing just this.... fun.
DeleteThank you.
lovely painting :) reminds me of the start of spring and how happy everyone is when it starts to get warmer :)
ReplyDeleteYay, it was inspired by the start of spring, glad it works for that celebration.
DeleteI love this painting, Tammie!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your visit and kind words.
blessings,
Penny
Thank you for enjoying it Penny.
DeleteThis is MY soul in the midst of the growing light in Northern healthy blue-white forest-regions. Looking forward to the coming sunlight!
ReplyDeleteLovely to consider that I painted your soul at this time of year!
DeleteThe growing sunlight is happening. The birds are at the feeders a bit later each day. Buds are a bit more obvious each day. It is a slow dance here, maybe for you too.
We still have snow here even though it's usually rare in these parts! I look forward to the little buds blossoming and growing, difficult to imagine right now under all this white. Lovely drawing Tammie, I always wanted to be able to kick my leg up this high, how wonderful it must feel.x
ReplyDeleteThank you Jess.
DeleteAmazing to consider you have snow when you usually don’t. So interesting how life and weather are always changing. Good for us to be able to go with the flow of it. I think many people are craving a deep spring at this time.
I bet you can do that pose. I don't think I could get to 90 degrees! Speaking of which, it doesn't look like it will ever get to 90 where you are -- but it sure is pretty.
ReplyDeleteI hope you are right about 90F. The last two summers have been hot…. 85-100F
Deleteat least it is not humid. I prefer 70-80F ;-) But it does cool down at night even on hot days. That gives a fresh start to each day.
I can’t do this pose, maybe a long time ago.
Ah, those first buds of Spring and the hope they give of warmer days to come!
ReplyDeleteThey days are already warmer here, not warm, but warmer ;-)
DeleteCan you do that Yoga position, Tammie Lee ... I hurt all over just looking at it. But your creamy white winter snow, now that I can appreciate as well as appreciating the idea of it moving on and making room for Spring. No buds on my trees yet, though I keep hoping. I pruned back my Rose of Sheron and so I have my fingers crossed that it will survive. Wonderful painting and pictures Tammie Lee ...
ReplyDeleteAndrea @ From the Sol
No, I can not do that pose Andrea. Though I use to dance and leap quite a bit, I am out of practice.
DeleteYes, so fun to watch all the little changes that are part of a new season.
I bet if you looked closely at your bushes and trees that you would see little buds that are waiting for the right light and warmth to open up. I notice more of these things each year.
Oooh, look! The trees are holding the same yoga position! I remember when my kids were in preschool, they would come home and stand on one leg with their arms up. They'd just stand there like that, and when I asked what they were doing, they said they were doing the tree position that the teacher taught them. Their legs were not as flexible as hers, though. Lovely illustration. And the creamy winter pond looks very serene.
ReplyDeleteSo fun to hear about your daughter's doing tree pose.
DeleteYou know, I did not notice that the trees are posing with her, it is so obvious to me now. Thank you for giving me new eyes.
It is fun watching the ponds melt a bit each day..... Signs of spring.
Thank you Sarah.
ReplyDeleteShe looks like she's ready for spring! Love the buds on the trees. Spring may come now :-)
ReplyDeleteAh, if only to be so limber. I love your picture, Tammie. It's beautiful in every way and a wonderful take on the theme! Thank you.
ReplyDeleteLove the trees and moon in this shot. Sure wish I could do that pose.
