I had never thought of the idea of art meditation, although I suppose I do it often without thinking about it!
ReplyDeleteI suppose that anything that brings me completely present, without thoughts of future or past, I consider a meditation. Being present is a good feeling.

I think that one is often in something like that when drawing, so there are always great pictures out with the inner feeling..
