i hear them
singing in the trees
the pine grosbeak
such a lovely sound
last year they came to my feeders
they are such a lovely splash of color in winter wonderland
also a peak at a sketchbook page:

Lovely paintings of the bird and the owl! I feel like spring is just around the corner.
ReplyDeletehere.... i think spring is nearly two months away ;-)
DeleteLove the red bird, never seen any like it here. Hugs, Valeri
ReplyDeletei did not see the grosbeak here until last year, they are beautiful. the females don't have red, but a soft gold.
Gros bisous ♡

ReplyDeleteI am beginning to imagine your house...strewn with beautiful art, beautiful pieces of paper fluttering every time the window is left open or you walk past and brush against a pile of beautifully decorated papers that you have lovingly created. You must have so many pieces of work now......a very happy 2016 to you Tammie...
ReplyDeleteI do have quite a bit of art now Karen, you are so right. I love it when they sell and have more of a chance of being seen and enjoyed.
