Many years ago, there was a tree like this in the woods behind our house. We called it the throne tree. I have a photo of my daughter posing on it somewhere. I love this!
thank you Rebecca, I have been having fun drawing trees lately.
Thank you Laura.
Ruby, indeed private and cozy.
Sandy, so fun to hear about your tree/throne. I also have one in the makings in my forest. The main shape is carved, the designs are not. I will share a photo sometime. I need to get a more recent one than i have.
Warm Greetings to you, I am a artist, photographer of nature and poetic writer. My arts are inspired by the land I live with. Living in a wee log cabin surrounded by woods, meadows and wildlife in the NW corner of Montana. I hope you enjoy your visit, I look forward to getting to know you.

ReplyDeleteLovely centred drawing (in more ways than one).
ReplyDeleteSitting very prim and proper. Like the way you have incorporated the paint brush, very clever.
