the other night
when the moon was full
and
the enchanting eclipse came to pass
i looked out the window
one last peak of the night
a giant moon
illuminating the woods

I am sure you do not have a heart of stone, your art work is so beautiful. I have been searching for another heart in nature, to match my stone. Me thinks your stone is too large for mine. I stayed up to watch the stages of the moon turn red, quite magical, but you have produced a lovely piece of Art while I just drank lots of tea.
ReplyDeleteOh. I just love this piece!
ReplyDeleteI love pink moons -- this is wonderful.
ReplyDeletehope you have a lovely day.
Your moon is wondrous with the jagged edged trees and the little passing cloud.
ReplyDeleteLove to see your art materials.
This is the moon, all people told about! I did not see it, but I know several friends, who got up in the very early morning to see it, but it was cloudy in this hour, and so they only saw some green indifferent light. Here in this artful drawing you caught the "person" of this moon. I also love the light soft shining in the branches of the trees. Thank you, Tammie!
ReplyDeleteOh how I loved dip pens and inks! And I love your tribute to the full moon eclipse and its soft colors.
