the key
to her balance
became an Elixir of:
joy
intention
love
and
being with what is
~
I was going through my photos with doors and key holes
I took this photo while visiting my sister in Italia
I wonder what the key that opens this door looks like!
Some day i will draw this door....
~
last week i started this piece for our pollinators theme
just finished it last night
i know the bee looks huge
but it only wants pollen
This weekend our lovely host is Veronica,

ReplyDeleteOh my!!! That door is fascinating!!! Love the art you've shared this week also ♥ Enjoying spring here finally ♥♥♥♥
ReplyDeleteOh, I LOVE your balancing friend! She has found the key to tranquility. Her shading is wonderful, and she's truly beautiful. And your second beauty makes me smile. She has a great collection of springtime friends. Bleeding hearts! I remember the bleeding hearts I used to have in my garden. They filled me with delight every spring!
ReplyDeleteI just watched the video. Haha! Oh boy, was I doing it wrong. I didn't even realize that the front pulled out! Well, their technique will be extremely helpful for sharpening brand new pencils, otherwise I would be sharpening for an hour. :) Thanks again! xoxoxo
i love the 'being with what is' Tammie, and the green on which she is standing.

Deletei like that thought: Goosebumps with us means that you freeze in awe and fascination.
thank you.
I love the balancing girl - if her keys are as you describe them, no wonder she balances so perfectly! The photo of the door id very cool, too - it looks so ancient!
ReplyDeleteBalance means to be in best contact with her inner midst and the midst of the Universe. Dear Tammie, this drawing and thoughts are wonderful vibrations and fit so nice to Easter, the feast of resurrection: HE is the key, He will open in LOVE the door of her best balance - what a miracle!
ReplyDeleteNice to see how you always succeed to make a balance in youre drawings. Your Elixir must be the key!
ReplyDeleteYes, the key is balance, which your beautiful young woman is displaying perfectly.
ReplyDeleteElixar is a lovely word to say. Happy Easter to you, Tammie! xo
the itilian door is exciting, very mystic.
ReplyDeleteShe is such a happy girl to have found this elixir!
x Stefanie
your drawing is lovely as always
ReplyDeletethe key to balance
and not even with yoga clothes on
but nicely dressed ;^))
and
what a beautiful door
x
italy has so many ancient doors and padlocks, and keys. such a source of inspiration, i find. a door is anyway, and the key too. so long you draw the case of the bee, i won't complain, conscience of the importance of bees can only grow by our repetition. n♥
ReplyDeleteOh that door would enchant Lulu, "the witches door" she would say! Your art is full of Spring joy and light, blooming!
ReplyDeletehow cute that she would day a witches door
Deletethanks for inspiring a smile with that!
sweet week to you~
