This is one of my favorites! I love her twinkling eyes, and that hood looks so cozy.
ReplyDeleteWhat a delicate, lovely, feminine 'be-ing' she is Tammie! :)
ReplyDeleteI adore how you've dressed her as well, and the celestial creature inside her hoodie is magickal indeed!

So sweet, both the drawing and the idea of traveling with a butterfly friend! <3
ReplyDeleteI relate to 'she': winged friends are like none other... they often extend a wing upon which I hop, whenever the other realm calls me...

You are such a kind hearted soul, Tammie...thank-you so much for mentioning me in such a special way ;-)
She looks wonderful! Love her pose. :) Don't get me started on the snow. Lol! I had enough of it for one season.
ReplyDeleteWarm wishes to you in your winter wonderland Tammie. Your lady with butterfly sketch is delightful as always.

Love your butterfly girl, but wish she was not so thin, she might drift away herself! Your snow scene is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteAdorable. No doubt, she is keeping that butterfly warm. You are in Winter Wonderland!
ReplyDeleteYou are right about my girls being the inspiration for a lot of my pieces. I am trying to make a picture book for them that loosely chronicles their adventures, and the latest post was part of that project. Have a warm and wonderful weekend!
BEAU. TI. FUL. she is just beautiful…
ReplyDeleteThis is gorgeous. I love the lines of her body and the clarity of her eyes. Your work is very ethereal and inspiring. My style is very different but I find I'm drawn to your style.

Another delightful beauty.......
ReplyDeleteI would like to walk about with a butterfly on my head. Is the snow covered cabin yours? I'm a city girl, but I wouldn't mind being away from all the bang and clang of the city. Your work is lovely - especially the header. I found you through the rain girl. Take care. Frances my blog is artistdates(dot)com
ReplyDeleteCute pee-a-boo butterfly, but all that snow – I hope you are warm and snug indoors!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful couple they make together. <3 I love how soft and very femmine this looks, I get such a gentle, warm feeling inside just from seeing her serene expression. I just can't get over what a amazing cabin you live in...*sigh* <3 Warm thoughts on your snowy day.
ReplyDeleteSo graceful, subtle and beautiful. How gifted you are.
ReplyDeleteThis piece also fills my eyes, as do your photos of winter snows.
The fruit trees here are beginning to bloom--can you believe it?! We haven't even seen a flake of snow this winter. It has not been this warm since I was a little child.
Ah, well--the sun is shining and I love that! It has been grey for way too long.
I LOVE your scenery. Very peaceful. We had a big snow like that in Kansas not too long ago, but it's all melted now. So ready for Spring.!
ReplyDeleteDivine...she feels like a kindred soul walking alongside in the mists..I feel very drawn to her..magical,..poetic..a story in motion! Brilliant! Thanks for the link
ReplyDeleteShe's so lovely! I like where you put the butterfly :-) Spring doesn't look in sight yet there at your wee cabin ....
ReplyDeleteYou've really painted some lovely pieces since last I was here to visit your blog! I do like them! :)
ReplyDeleteand you've really got a lot of snow here! :O
:)
She is simply precious. You have such a delicate touch with your art. :) What a postcard-perfect image! I am quite ready for spring but this makes my heart smile!
