i love watercolor pencils. i think if one enjoys sketching, then to do it with a watercolor pencil and then taking water to it, well it is so much fun!
I really like her dress and attitude. :) BUT that rabbit is the bomb! My sis would love love it. I will have to have her come take a look. Thanks so much for sharing. Hugs!
Hey Tammie, I would take along, on my trip: Watercolor pencils, glitter pen, regular pencil, sharpener, eraser, micron pens 005 01 & 03, one of those brushes that holds it's own water and 90lbs. + watercolor paper book. Let me know what you decide. I'm so curious!!
PS- forgot to mention about the bears, yes, i bet you see a lot of them ! I remember when I was in wyoming one summer, keeping bells with us at all times to keep them away...not sure i want to get too close to one! :) xo
So fun to see all the bodies you've drawn, I find that difficult.. I like the eay you're drawing.. the piece of art is just as taken out of the great fairy tales! and the backgroun is stunning also, like I can get the touch of trees behind there.. :)
I have a little break in my drawing and painting blog..
She's beautiful! Enjoy your Sunday!
ReplyDeleteThat background is amazing, I love the texture you have created. Of course pink is loved by all women, so feminine.
ReplyDeleteThe medium is wonderful how you can blend the pencil into a water colour effect.
Inktense pencils, I wrote that one down in case I ever find time to draw again.
She is simply delightful.
you're giving me a better understanding of how versatile colored pencils are.

ReplyDeleteShe and her friend are beautiful ~ well done ! ( A Creative Harbor)
ReplyDeleteSo interesting the look you get with these pencils and some water. It has a look of being done on papyrus or slate. Nice--especially the albino bunny.
